Ryan has extensive experience reading complex river features, scouting rapids, managing group dynamics on the water, and making real-time safety decisions in dynamic river conditions.

His background includes:

Ruth England brings strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep passion for the outdoor community to Idaho Springs Rafting Company.

With more than 14 years of experience leading teams in the retail and endurance sports industries, Ruth has built her career around creating exceptional customer experiences, driving performance, and developing strong, mission-driven teams. She has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led large-scale events, and built growth strategies that deliver both financial results and community impact.

At Idaho Springs Rafting Company, Ruth oversees business operations, guest experience, marketing strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth. She ensures every detail — from booking systems and safety protocols to staff training and communication — reflects a professional, organized, and guest-first approach.

Ruth’s background as a running coach and endurance athlete fuels her belief in adventure, challenge, and personal growth. She is passionate about creating river experiences that bring families together, build confidence, and connect people to Colorado’s wild places.

River Crew | Future Entrepreneur

Everett is an important part of the Idaho Springs Rafting Company family. When he’s not at school, you’ll likely find him riding his e-bike, snowboarding in the winter, gaming with friends, or spending time on the river.

Everett has grown up around adventure and business conversations, and he’s already developing an entrepreneurial mindset of his own. Whether he’s helping with small projects, learning how operations work, or dreaming up future business ideas, he’s always curious and eager to be involved.

Most of all, Everett loves being outside and on the water — and he’s excited to grow up alongside Idaho Springs Rafting Company as it continues to build something special here in Colorado.

Meet Koda & Tucker

Chief Morale Officers

Koda, our chocolate lab, believes life is best lived at full speed — preferably chasing a ball, a stick, or absolutely anything that can be thrown. If there’s water involved, even better. The river is her playground, and he’s always ready for “just one more throw.”

Tucker, our golden retriever, is our full-time greeter and part-time supervisor of belly rub distribution. He loves people, swimming, snacks, and casually leaning against you until you acknowledge how handsome he is. Hanging around the river crew is his specialty.

Together, they keep spirits high, guests smiling, and the Idaho Springs Rafting Company vibe fun, welcoming, and just the right amount of furry.
